Unlike traditional inserts, BOOMBA's patented inserts are sticky on both sides — they stick to your clothing and to your skin for extra security, preventing nipple slips and staying hidden under clothing.

Another great benefit of the double-sided adhesive is that no sewing is required. Simply stick the inserts onto the clothing item, which means one pair can be interchanged between various tops and dresses.

Traditional inserts (cotton) soak up too much water and may move around if not sewn in. Silicone inserts are heavy and tend to slip when you sweat. BOOMBA's double-sided adhesive design makes the inserts lightweight yet sweat- and water-resistant, so you can swim, run, dance and more without them budging.

Inserts are traditionally removable padding that sits inside the bra cups to help provide volume and cleavage. BOOMBA has stepped it up a notch and created some of the most padded inserts on the market to give that double push up look. BOOMBA inserts also have adhesive on both sides to provide grip for clothing while allowing you to scoop and stick your breast to your desired position for maximum push up effect.

Preparation is key! Before using BOOMBA inserts, please ensure breasts are clean and dry. Any makeup, oil, lotion or other body products may hinder the inserts from sticking onto your skin properly. Wear your clothing first, then place inserts onto the clothing item, then scoop breasts and stick onto the insert to secure.

1. This allows you to stick the insert onto your clothing and keep it in place without sewing.
2. You are able to control the amount of cleavage you would like to show by scooping your desired amount of cleavage and sticking it in place.
3. The adhesive helps to keep your breast in place, preventing embarrassing nipple slips.
4. The adhesive helps keep it sweat and water resistant, allowing it to be used in water activities.

BOOMBA Inserts are reusable, but preparation is key! Before using BOOMBA inserts, please ensure breasts are clean and dry. Any makeup, oil, lotion or other body products may hinder the inserts from sticking onto your skin properly. To prolong the life of your inserts, it is important to clean and reapply the protective films immediately after each wear to prevent dust and lint from sticking to it.

Gently peel off the insert starting from the top edge and slowly remove it from your breast. Repeat the same process on the other side. It is strongly recommended to reapply protective films and store the inserts in their box immediately after use.

BOOMBA inserts are sweat and water-resistant, so you can use them at the gym and swim with them on. Please make sure that your bathing suit is tight and avoid big waves — if your bathing suit can't stay on, neither can your inserts! :)

BOOMBA products are not intended for individuals who have sensitive skin or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. BOOMBA inserts may not be ideal for individuals with augmented breasts.

BOOMBA does not recommend women who are pregnant or breastfeeding to use their products as some women are more sensitive during this time. This is an extra precaution. However, there have also been users who were able to use the inserts without any issues while pregnant. So it's possible that you will be able to use the inserts without issues — it really depends on your individual sensitivity.

The reason BOOMBA does not recommend their inserts for augmented breasts is because some users' implants are quite hard and not very malleable. The inserts are soft, so sometimes they will push back instead of pushing the breasts towards the center, which may make it look a little off.

Of course, each person's breasts are different and there are augmented breasts that are soft and malleable — but not every customer reaches out to confirm before ordering. To avoid anyone being unhappy with their purchase, BOOMBA chose to note "not suitable with augmented breasts" as a general guideline.

A few users have reported that Demi Boost inserts have worked well with augmented breasts!

Before July 27, 2021, BOOMBA inserts only came in one size (now labelled 'Small'). Since then, they have added 'Medium' for both styles and 'X-Small' for Demi Boost.

• Demi Boost: X-Small → AA, A; Small → B, C; Medium → D, E
• Invisible Lift: X-Small → AA, A Small → B, C; Medium → D, E, F

It is very common to struggle at first — it takes a little practice! The most frequent issues are incompatible clothing or skipping the scooping step:

• BOOMBA inserts are NOT a sticky bra and need to be supported by your clothing.
• Clothing should be tight, non-stretchy and thick. Loose or stretchy tops cannot push against the inserts to create cleavage.
• Don't forget to scoop! The inserts should sit at the side and underneath (Ultra Boost) or underneath (Demi Boost) — not on top of your breasts.

With BOOMBA inserts, it’s important to choose the appropriate top with your inserts. We always recommend structured tops that are made in a thicker material for best results (support in the chest area, not a loose t-shirt that hangs off the body, since the inserts are held up by the structure in your clothing).

Most bikinis, dresses and tops also work well as long as they are not too thin so that the color or shape of the insert shows through. A good guideline is that if the outline or color of your bra will show through in this top, BOOMBA inserts most likely will as well.

For some users, it does take a few tries to get it in the right position (just like getting your sticky bra to stop being lopsided), so we recommend checking out our quick tutorials for a better idea of how to use the inserts. We recommend putting the inserts on in front of a mirror to ensure it is even on both sides. You can adjust the level of cleavage according to your own preference. Just remember to scoop and stick, to ensure your cleavage stays put throughout the day!

Hand wash only, do not machine wash or put in the dryer. Gently use the pad of your fingertips to wash the adhesive while avoiding contact with your fingernails to prevent damaging the adhesive. Rinse the inserts with warm water to remove any residue. Carefully shake off excess water and press on the insert lightly to squeeze out any remaining water. Allow the inserts to air dry in an area free of dust particles.

When the inserts are completely dry, reapply the protective films to prevent dust and lint from adhering to the inserts.

After cleaning, apply protective film back onto the inserts and store it back in its original packaging. Keep in a cool, dark environment away from dust and debris

Some users may notice small pieces of adhesive coming off on their skin or clothing — this is completely normal and does not affect how the inserts work.

This happens because of how strong BOOMBA's adhesive is. The stronger the stick, the more chance of occasional residue — but that's a trade-off BOOMBA made intentionally. The biggest complaint with most sticky bras on the market is that they stop sticking after just a few uses. BOOMBA chose to go with a stronger adhesive so their inserts stay truly reusable, many times over — better for you and better for the environment.

So while you may occasionally notice some residue, you can be confident you're getting a product that actually lasts.
