SHIPPING INFORMATION

SINGAPORE

Please note that all shipping times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed due to third-party logistics.

We’re based in Singapore so you can get BOOMBA fast! Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 4-5 business days of your order.

Get FREE SHIPPING within Singapore for orders above 70 SGD with a flat rate of 4 SGD for orders under 70 SGD.

Need BOOMBA urgently? We’ll get BOOMBA to you within 24 hours of your order with EXPRESS SHIPPING for a flat fee of 25 SGD. This service is available from Monday through Saturday only. We go away to rest and rejuvenate on Sundays! 

Please note that during common sales periods, the delivery may take longer than usual depending on third-party courier services. If you need your order urgently, it would be best to choose EXPRESS SHIPPING.

MALAYSIA

Your order will take 1-2 business days to pack then add on standard delivery time frames as below:
Standard Delivery (West Malaysia): 2-4 business days
Standard Delivery (East Malaysia): 4-9 business days


We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number once your order ships. If any products in your order are out of stock, we can choose to ship from the nearest overseas warehouse. The average shipping times are estimates and not guarantees, additional delays may occur. Please note that updates for tracking numbers from certain carriers may not be available until the parcel arrives at the destination country.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 2-4 business days. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the address provided is correct. The BOOMBA team will do our best to accommodate changes in the shipping information, but once the parcel has been dispatched, we will no longer be able to change the information. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be available when the parcel arrives. If a parcel gets sent back due to the customer being unavailable or due to an error in the shipping information provided, a MYR 100 reshipment & reprocessing fee applies for free / standard shipments, and additional charges may apply for Expedited Shipments. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Please kindly note that if the inserts do not fit well due to the user's bra size being outside of the recommended sizing range in the sizing chart provided for each product, no refund or exchange will be available. Do also note that Expedited Shipping cost is non-refundable.

It will take 1-3 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout and shipping takes 5-12 business days (excluding customs clearance).

We also offer FAST shipping to Thailand, Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam with a flat rate of 35 SGD. It will take 1-3 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout and shipping takes 5-7 business days (excluding customs clearance).

Please note that delays may be caused by the processes of the local couriers during peak holiday periods e.g. long weekends or public holidays or due to customs clearance in each country.
